Working at our Lismore Feed Mill, you will be part of a tight-knit team committed to producing quality feed mixes that help our farmers care for their herds and livestock and families look after their beloved animals.

About the Role:

As a Pellet Press Operator, your duties may include:

• Pellet press operation.
• Assist in the safe and efficient operation of feed mill equipment and machinery.
• Undertake batching, mixing, bagging, and loading activities.
• Maintain quality standards to ensure our customers receive consistent, high-quality animal nutrition products
• Follow and adhere to Feedsafe processes, procedures and reporting
• Operate forklifts (training/licensing provided if required).
• Complete routine cleaning, housekeeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Support the production team to ensure daily manufacturing targets are met.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture and uphold Norco’s Golden Safety Rules.
• Assist with inventory, pest control and receival of inbound goods.

 What We Are Looking For:

 We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous feed mill and pellet press operation experience.
• A great attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to perform physical tasks safely.
• A team-focused mindset.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• A forklift licence (beneficial but not essential- we will help you get one).
• Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or warehousing (highly regarded but not required).
